Japanese engine is well known for its stable performance and energy conservation. AIRMAN products are equipped with well selected and the most appropriate Japanese engine for different power phases; this aims to bring into full play of product stability and energy conservation.
 
Easy daily maintenance and low maintenance cost
Such inspection points as oil level gauge for such parts as air filter, oil filter, cooling water and accumulator of air compressor and engine to be confirmed during daily spot check are arranged on the same side of the unit according to design requirements; furthermore, as large open-door structure is used, it is only necessary to open the door on one side to facilitate daily maintenance. Meanwhile, control system for air compressor and engine is arranged separately to ensure easy maintenance and low maintenance cost.
 


Standard heavy oil filter
All engine drives are equipped with standard heavy oil filter in full consideration of practical situation in China and actual conditions of construction site to effectively reduce faults to high-pressure oil pump, and extend service life of engine.

The air compressor of high mute performance as manufactured based on AIRMAN unique noise control technology on large silencer and double-layer exhaust duct is designated by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as the air compressor of extremely low noise and low noise. Meanwhile, all engines equipped are to Japans tail gas emission control criterion, which are designated as anti-tail-gas construction machinery.

EFPA (auto evacuation device)
EFPA is an auto evacuation device that can use electric evacuation pump to pump out the air in the fuel loop once the fuel is used up, which can complicated operations, such repeated evacuation that is  normally carried out with the help of hand pump (some models are excluded).

PDS-C after-cooler series
